This is a static website. It doesn't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, ads or third-party scripts. It has no accounts or forms that send data to us.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and reliability. We don't use these logs to identify or track you.

Free tools

The rental calculator and the n8n Compose generator run entirely in your browser. What you type, including the generated passwords and encryption key, is never sent to us or anyone else.

Rental Property Calculator Pro

The demo page on this site shows precomputed results for 3 sample deals and sends nothing anywhere. The full Pro calculator is a file you download from Gumroad and open in your browser. It works offline, has no license check, and makes no network requests. Your deals are saved only in that browser's local storage on your computer.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Gumroad. When you buy, Gumroad collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address, what you bought, and your country for tax purposes. We use your email only to deliver products, send updates for products you bought, and provide support. We don't sell your data.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites go to services with their own privacy policies. They may set their own cookies.

Your rights

To access or delete the data we hold about you (your purchase records), reply to your Gumroad receipt email or contact us through our Gumroad store. We'll answer within 30 days. Some records must be kept for tax law.
